Soooo... I guess no new Pool Party skins this year?

I mean let's look at this. A good portion of summer has already gone by, there have been no announcements from Riot and the only thing closely related to new skins are the chromas coming next patch. Granted, the chromas are fairly nice (especially since they were first introduced) but I'm a little disappointed that there were no new pool party skins teased or worked on this year. One, they're some of my favorite skins, two, this would of been perfect for some champs to receive skins either because they would fit perfectly on them from an idea/concept or if they haven't received one in a while.
