Who would you most rather see a lore update to and what would that lore update be like?
Be it spicy speculation, or far fetched fantasy, if you were given the oppurtunity to save one of these POOR SOULS from LORELESS HELL for eterentiy who would it be and what would you want to see from the update/story/comic/cinematic etc etc?
Even if they’re not relevant in Demacia and are in desperate need of lore, at least Quinn and Valor have something.
Talon has... basically nothing.
Or lore for both of them where they cross paths.
I personally like Quinn more, would like to read about her doing some scouting together with Valor. Also I think fighting scenes with her are more enjoyable because of the dynamic with Valor.
Quinn for sure. And maybe a new skin while they're at it :D

Personally I'm biased towards Talon. Between the two, he has a bigger lore deficit than Quinn. He's only had his teaser comic, champion bio, and being a part of the last ever publishing of the JoJ.
He has loose ends all over the place dating season 1. Quinn was at least a bit more recent that Talon.
Both don't really have a purpose as far as I remember. I know Quinn thinks Valor is her dead brother reincarnated but like what's she doing? They just sneak behind enemy lines and spy or assassinate? She's just Katarina but for Demacia. And what's Talon doing? Just walking around being a nihilist? They're both boring and both need some actual purpose in their story. Look at the best stories in LoL.
trying to lead a revolution for the mages against Demacia after being used and imprisoned. 
is stuck in the middle of it trying to find a balance to this, because she agrees with Sylas but doesn't believe the solution is to kill.
are involved in a comic currently that talks about Zed's backstory and how he's trying to get Shen to help him. All the while we get to see Jhin in action.
is trying to improve Noxus while dealing with the Ionians, Demacians, and The Black Rose. He's using the power of a demon to help him accomplish this but also his own tactical knowledge and intellect to get the job done.
What's Quinn/Talon doing?

I voted Talon because he hasn't received any new lore since the retcon. However, I'd really love to finally get a story about these two together and how they become enemies.
Bold for you to assume that Quinn is in lore hell
I mean, we actually have her bio and a short story. My poor boy Talon has never even been touched by the lore team. Heck, he's the only Noxian without a bio while everyone else is teasing the general (with him being actually the person that introduced the figure of the general himself)
Add General DuCouteau and then Talon will have his story.
