Can we get an Evelynn VU along the lines of Maokai and Singed?

I think her model has held up well over the years, but she just needs that little bit of love to polish her up and bring her up to speed with current champions. Some main issues that no longer fly well in her overall appearance is the insanity that is her hair. I LOVE the simple, yet modernized version of her hairstyle used in the new Safecracker Evelynn skin and I sincerely hope that you guys at Riot are working on bringing her other skins up to par with that one. Additionally, she suffers from Penguin Hands (a la Batman) in her old skins, and Safecracker again shows us that it's not a far stretch to give her individual fingers that won't require an entire visuals overhaul. Please, please, please, Riot, if you could give her a little love in the visuals, that would be so awesome! Her texture upgrades were a great step for her, and I hope the visuals team can take that and go the rest of the way! (After solving Taric's Pizza Feet crisis first, of course).

I never really thought her rig and animations were that horribly outdated. Sure, it can be a little choppy with some animations, but overall, I felt it operates fairly decently. It's not a disaster like Udyr or Taric, but I'd definitely not be opposed to a relaunch.

The problem with Eve is that her rig and animations are VERY old outdated, and MTUs like Maokai's or Singed's don't provide new rig and animations in the first place, and that'd be a problem for Eve. While we don't know whether Riot are willing or not to change her kit, I assume that once they got a thematic and lore direction for her, they would make some changes to her kit, so that and a VU would make a Sivir-scale relaunch/VGU.

The texture update did absolute wonders for all of Eve's skins (only tango was any good before). As an Eve main, of course I own all of her skins (not too hard lol) and I now have a hard time deciding what skin to use in champ select! Her base skin is leaps and bounds better than it was before! Of course I like to use my skins as much as I can, but I find myself choosing the base model so much!

I can't speak as to how good or bad her "rig" is since I know nothing about animating, but as a player it looks more than fine to me. The only things i see that could be easily upgraded is the tassels on her outfit, but since Eve has nothing else to worry about besides those (no weapons or other moving parts besides her body), I think there isn't much to upgrade.

It would be great to see some love given to Evelynn skin-wise, and she could especially use some skins with particle changes because all of her skins are fairly plain, I of course am ever fearful that she will be changed into something different both kit-wise and appearance-wise. I understand the need to keep the game evolving and making old things appeal to new players, but I always shed a single tear for the devoted mains who have their character completely changed to try to draw in new players. I hope they just stick with what is there instead of trying to reinvent her. A singed level upgrade seems more than appropriate.

evelynn is a bigger project so she will take some time. Her rig is horribly outdated and her character is lacking,I mean currently she is an evil blue stripper with no known past other than "uhm she might be from the shadow isles"

Most champs have a distinct theme that is unique to them,we have azir who is an emporer as well as a ra-expy,we have vel'Koz who is a beholder,we have jinx who is an anarchistic weapon freak,etc.,but evelynn doesn't really have a special archetype just for her,sure she is the widowmaker,but we also have elise,who is a black widow(not to mention another seductress with red hair from the shadow isles),so I think that once the VU rolls out it might actually be a big change for her character and design(not as much as sion as i think her personality is fine and her kit might also be considered to be ok)
