Will we ever see it before she get her VGU? I've heard that she is high on the big list, and it's pretty likely to happen to such a great concept but such poor transition into gameplay.

Well they said that irelia is rather high on the VGU-list(as in,she'll likely get it next year and even has a very small chance to get it this year),so I kinda doubt that we'll ever see it.
Yeah, at this point I doubt we'll ever see that one. They will probably just have a new one made once her VGU is here
The pattern for the last several VGUs has been to push out a batch of fresh splash arts all at once with the VGU.
Probably will get it when she gets her VGU.
