But Blitzcrank doesn't have a fleshy brain. He's just a robot powered by steam. Probably why the icon was updated.

Pretty sure the fleshy brain is still there as an under-layer to add colour depth to the icon >.> Frankenblitz sounds like it could be cool though. Also, maybe it's an icon for the LCU alpha, so it makes sense that it isn't fleshy.
