When did Blitzcrank ever have a fleshy brain? This is the first time I've ever seen anything regarding this, and it looks like it's based on his classic skin, which is why Valor Bot was telling you that Blitz has never had a fleshy brain. Your refute about Syndra, Sion, and Nidalee doesn't work if we are discussing his classic skin, which this icon is based on.

LostFr0st1 votesPretty sure the fleshy brain is still there as an under-layer to add colour depth to the icon >.> Frankenblitz sounds like it could be cool though. Also, maybe it's an icon for the LCU alpha, so it makes sense that it isn't fleshy.
