Does Bard Do Any Small Acts?

After the Q&A, it's been made clear that Bard is a cosmic overseer. He works on a different planes, he thinks in the long term, thinks at large, removes dangerous artifacts from play, etc. But now I'm starting to wonder... does Bard do *any * small acts of kindness? Does he notice mortals at all? Bard had influence from Studio Ghibli, and I remember some of the big spirit guys were always nice, at least to kids. Does Bard do anything like that?

I'd imagine he's too busy. Bard's probably not beyond mortality its just that he has MAJOR commitments to deal with, like the stability of the universe and stuff. He may favor Runeterra but there's an expansive cosmos out there with dozens of worlds, each with its own inhabitants and things that need protecting. He's probably really nice, but just HELLA busy.
