I'd be happy with it if

1. they touched up the textures
2. they changed that ugly splash art
3. pie in the sky, it would be cool if the look of his spells evolved a little too.

When Pulsefire Ezreal came out everyone was so amazed and hyped to get it.

Now everyone says it's trash.

Just goes to show how drastically the skin standard in both extent and quality has changed since then.

Like someone said PFE was truly an ultimate test dummy to pave the way to the better ones we have now. But he deserves to be reworked to meet the current ultimate skin standard because he is simply not at all worth 3250 RP in clear comparison to the other ultimate skins. The old ultimate skin standard that PFE was born under is the current legendary skin standard. He should be reworked to the quality of the other ultimates or lowered to a legendary skin price because he is on the level of the current legendary skins, clearly not the current level of ultimates.

I was lucky enough to get him out of a hextech crate and had theorange essence to burn because most definitely wouldn't have bought him otherwise.

Pulsefire ez is pretty much just a legendary.

i didn't realize legendary skins got a new model every time you level up your ult :O

Legendary skin with:

• zero new or updated particles
• zero new or updated spell visuals
• zero new or updated voice lines
• zero new or updated animations
• a model worth 520RP.

There were some legendaries at that time that had almost 0 quality. I though then that legendaries were defined by a new VO, but there were those poor champs like TF and Corki stuck with a shitty legendary that's prolly worth at most 750 or 520 now.

This. Arcade is waaaay better than PF right now. I own every Ez skin and im only happy that I bought PF just to say I have it. Using it is wasting that sick 1350 skin i coulda been wearing
