I don't really think so, mostly because Aphelios is mute. Sona would be an ideal champion for many band themed skin lines but couldn't candidate for the simple reason that she can't sing, regardless whether she actually would or not, and Aphelios will be no different.

RIto Plz, don't Boy band a dude, Sett, who is meant to be a badass, it's embarrassing and uncool.
He may be intended to be a badass from his abilities and story, but going off of his appearance and splash, he's the most bishounen looking champ Riot has ever made. No way he's not going to be in a boy band skin line.
