what can possible be her true goal ?

3)Do you find her power too op? if he can exist at different places in the same time she could have very well spread her influence in several places in valoran...How powerful do you think she actualy is? (compared to other beings liek xerath and sol)

I doubt leblanc is someones pawn...or a herald of a greater evil ( like lissandra) but then again i simply can not comprehend her motives....so many years of plotting for what ? ahh i have to think about it further i just finished her story and my thoughts are all over the place..for the time being i want to hear your opinion on the matter.. :P

The thing with Morde and darkin is that it's most likely Morde gained power in the world after the Darkin War ended. If we consider the darkin likely did immense damage, probably destroyed multiple nations and brought humanity to their knees, then there'd be large areas of Runeterra without countries, which is where the various warbands and tribes vying for power cropped up from, leading to Morde's rise to power.
Global control? Runeterra's ultimate destruction? Who's to say really. It's not good though, that's for sure.
I wouldn't say so because her power comes from being subversive and influential in many different places, rather than raw power. I'd say she's comparable to some of League's stronger, more human mages like Ryze and Swain, but her powers are of course expressed in different ways to them. I doubt she could wield, at least at the moment, the raw destructive power Xerath could wield. I firmly believe there's a decently sized chunk of a power gap between her and the highest tiers, though she is noteable in her power at least.

1)No he isn't. It says that the iron revenant subjugated the lands that were already ravaged by the darkin,that means that Mordekaisers reign happened after the darkin attack,not during it.

2)Maybe she wants to rule Noxus herself?

3)Not sure how you get the idea that she exists at several points in time at once.Its not even clear if she is immortal or anything.
