In the Lore, are Soraka and Warwick Still Enemies?

Warwick's full lore isn't out yet, so we can't be sure, but his in-game interactions don't give any hints either. The only comment Warwick has on Soraka is when he taunts an enemy Soraka saying "Eat your heart out." Does this point to their relationship in the lore, or is it just a joke taunt based off his old lore? Saying "eat your heart out" is a joking insult, anyways.
