What happened to Blitz's Lancer Skins?

So not too long ago Riot released the Paragon and Rogue Lancer skins for Blitzcrank. Then sometime later Riot disabled them from the store due to some error with purchasing it or something, I really don't remember which is odd since it wasn't that long ago.

Anyways when checking the store for stuff on my latest post just now I realized they're just gone in the store completely! The little pop up ! doesn't say they're temp. disabled, I don't see them in the store, & I don't see that they were changed to legacy or whatever from the skins tab.

What happened? I mean if you know or don't know the skins used Blitzcrank's base walk cycle, which completely destroyed the look and feel of a pretty unique badass mirror skin, but is that really it? Did people not buy the skin enough because of the walk cycle so Riot secretly take it down from the store because it didn't sell well at all? All because of that?
