You know whats the saddest part about this is?
That appearantly a large amount of players want skins to be legacy(at least the holliday-skins). Because when they released Slayer Jinx and Pantheon they originally didn't plan to make these legacy,but the player base was like "they aren't real harrowing-skins if they aren't legacy"
