A short time later somewhere in the dephts of Zaun:

Viktor sitting at his desk with a nice cup of tea crashes through the roof window and lands on the opposite chair ... "Huh, you seem to be expecting someone..." Viktor "Why yes, of course. A certain piltover enforcer that always miraculously ends up disturbing the sanctum of my lab, every day around..." eyes the watch on one of his drones "5 pm"

Drone buzzes and offers Vi a teacup Viktor takes a sip of his tea "Now then, what is it this time? Chem Juggernauts? Some insane zaunite with too many guns?" eyes tea suspiciously before taking a hesitant sip "Oh, the usual, some simple mugger, you must be familiar with the concept of stealing other's people's stuff." Viktor "You have NO idea..."

I actually find that line contradictory. How can she use those plans if blindfolded?

You gotta remember Vi was born and raised on Zaun, she probably get lost in Pilvoter but can navigate Zaun blindfolded
