"These boots were made for weaving" - Tiny request

This is a little thing that bothers me about Taliyah. I understand her lore involves her momentarily traveling to Ionia to learn about her powers. But why is it that only the Ionian Boots of Lucidity triggers her quote? A vast range of boots are traditionally used by mages and I'm just baffled that when Taliyah's art and sound came out, they decided that only Ionian boots would fit her well.

Given that Sorcerer's Shoes and Ionian Boots are staple on many AP Mids, would it be too much to request for her quote to apply to Sorcerer's Shoes too?
