Are There More Mutated Rats in Zaun?

I am actually curious if this is a possibility and we could see more mutated rats as champions. While I know Twitch is known for his "ratness", I have learned from the Skaven in Warhammer that even rat-men can have many different personalities and appearances. I think it would be cool if the darkest and deepest parts of Zaun housed just a host of mutated animals and various other biologically tampered beings and things. Multiple mutated rats isn't a large impossibility correct?

I think there is a high chance that Twitch isn't the only mutated plague rat in Zaun. As I think that the chemical waste that lead to Twitch mutation are found everywhere in Zaun and all the living organisms get into contact with them sooner or later. But there is still the possibility that Twitch is something special, maybe he is like that one guy that earns superpowers from high radiation, whereas everyone else just dies to it.

I remember reading that Twitch has spent a lot of time trying to recreate the precise chemical components that led to his own mutation. As far as I was aware, that was what Twitch did in his down-time
