I loved that one cinematic where there was Leo and Ahri and they were having like a teamfight in a forest. Is riot ever going to make more of these kinds of things? It was amazing to see their personalities in battle, and how all their abilities look. I really want another one, and I've been waiting forever!
I think with everything else needing attention, riot wants to focus their budgets on gameplay and design and the best we got is champion teasers. I would love a new cinematic like that... especially if it had Thresh, cause he could be really cool in a cinematic.
I just want another video like they did with ekko and the 1st project skins. Not gonna lie i was a little disappointed when the project ashe trailer skins came out and then the lunar revel thing they did because it wasnt as entertaining i understand those things cost money and cant be done often but im pretty sure it couldve been done for those events.
If we ever have, we better see more mighty champions rather than pitty ones like Draven, Graves, Darius. They're nothing compare to god-like beings of Runeterra and Cosmos.
Nautilus was actually the only impressive one among 5v5 style cinematics when you think about it more carefully.
This along with some old reddit threads I can't seem to find at the moment imply that they want to focus on making lore-based cinematics rather than generic game-like battle sequences.
