Who said they were famous? I doubt many people know Ekko's name. I'd be incredibly surprised if Gangplank knew of Varus. Hell, I'd be willing to wager that Nami knows NOTHING of important people or places. Sure, there are some well known names and faces out there. But for every Jarvan Lightshield or Swain, there is a Fiora or a Talon that isn't as known
