While I love what he says in his current one (and the sound of his voice) I think Thresh's VO is lacking quite a lot. It's only around 4 minutes while other champs get around 15 minutes of VO. He has no interactions and says nothing about the lore, when there's a lot he could say.
If they ever do a support class update this is what I want them to do for Thresh and literally nothing else. His kit is perfect.
Well a 4 minute VO is still better than that of a lot of other champs.
I mean poor 
s VO isn't even a minute long....
Many champions are in this state though, some even worse as they have less than four minutes.
I'd say that his Nautilus Death Sentence quotes count as interactions.
"Going somewhere?" "Come back!" "Hook, line and sinker!"
Since these quotes only happen when you land Death Sentence on Nautilus, I'd again have to say that they count.
