Tea with the Gray lady, Interrogation 101 and The Thrill of the Chase Speculation

So in the The Thrill of the Chase, Caitlyn a hunts down a Zaunite hextech theif by the name of Devaki. Upon catching him it explains that he's gathering the components to make some outlawed weapon and that he was going to sell it to someone. Then Interrogation 101 picks up with Vi interrogating Devaki to find out who he was selling the weapon to.

Meanwhile over in Camille's story Tea With the Gray Lady, Camille interrogates two of her own captives about an explosion on the Piltover docks; as she wishes to find out who set it off.

So my theory is simple. What champion do we know of that loves guns and blowing things up? Jinx. I think Jinx is the person responsible for the dock explosion and the one who Devaki was going to sell the weapon to. Thoughts anyone?

I don't see Jinx working with other people. She's chaotic and reckless, planning things ahead goes against her own character.

I think she would work with people to an extent, like the Joker (specifically in Dark Knight). She could have a few goons and still pull off the majority of her antics by her self and with the randomness of a maniac. The simple fact that she primarily targets Vi means she's capable of focusing a little bit, and probably does come up with plans every now and then. If she didn't do any sort of planning what so ever, she'd probably get caught by the authorities pretty quickly.

Oh..thats a nice theory. I feel like Jinx had something to do wit the random explosion in Zaun, that happened around Vi's disappearance.....almost like the reason Vi joined cait...

Yeah, I've thought about that too. It's quite possible and as for why Vi and Cait joined forces, Vi's new lore does mention jinx when talking about the same topic. I'm pretty sure Jinx will get some new lore (and hopefully a short story) soon, which will hopefully shed a little more light on all the mystery that surrounds her.

I want Jinx to be the leader of the group that killed all those innocent people at the heist Vi was trying to pull.

Why?

Cause Jinx's reason to fuck over Vi is simple. Payback for mushing her face in in front of her crew.

I feel like Jinx should have a deeper, more insane reason for terrorizing Vi. Payback seems a little two simple and normal for someone as crazy as Jinx.

I dont think that Jinx is the kind of person that "buys" things, i mean, she stole a bank and left the money there for fun... Considering that, Im pretty sure that if she wanted to get those componements, she would steal by herself ... but its posible.

You're probably right on the buying part. But its possible she promised a payment so he'd get it for her... only to shoot him in the face when he does. And do we really know that Jinx knows how to build that weapon? She likely has plenty of knowledge about weapons but doesn't mean she knows how to make all of them. But anyway its just a theory, so we'll see where riot goes with these stories and possibly new lore for Jinx. I just felt like they were building up something important such as Jinx.

Maybe I'm completely off base, but I thought the docks reference tied back to the Progress Day story and the Noxian warmason. Didn't Caitlyn intercept her at the docks?

Actually that's a good point. I forgot about that. However the warmasons were there to spy, not to blow things up.
