Tea with the Gray lady, Interrogation 101 and The Thrill of the Chase Speculation

So in the The Thrill of the Chase, Caitlyn a hunts down a Zaunite hextech theif by the name of Devaki. Upon catching him it explains that he's gathering the components to make some outlawed weapon and that he was going to sell it to someone. Then Interrogation 101 picks up with Vi interrogating Devaki to find out who he was selling the weapon to.

Meanwhile over in Camille's story Tea With the Gray Lady, Camille interrogates two of her own captives about an explosion on the Piltover docks; as she wishes to find out who set it off.

So my theory is simple. What champion do we know of that loves guns and blowing things up? Jinx. I think Jinx is the person responsible for the dock explosion and the one who Devaki was going to sell the weapon to. Thoughts anyone?

I don't see Jinx working with other people. She's chaotic and reckless, planning things ahead goes against her own character.

If Jinx is the culprit and she has Camille, Caitlyn and Vi after her...R.I.P Jinx , you will NOT be missed.

Oh..thats a nice theory. I feel like Jinx had something to do wit the random explosion in Zaun, that happened around Vi's disappearance.....almost like the reason Vi joined cait...

I dont think that Jinx is the kind of person that "buys" things, i mean, she stole a bank and left the money there for fun... Considering that, Im pretty sure that if she wanted to get those componements, she would steal by herself ... but its posible.

Maybe I'm completely off base, but I thought the docks reference tied back to the Progress Day story and the Noxian warmason. Didn't Caitlyn intercept her at the docks?
