I'm disappointed by Pentakill Kayle, on all levels

Sorry, this is kind of a rant, but I wanted to share what I feel about this new skin.

First of all, this skin is unnecessary. We already have a clearly defined band, that stayed the same through the years, and it's actually one of the very few things that didn't change.

There have been a lot of skin lines, revolving around multiple alternative universes, in which more and more champs were being added over time, and it was fine, because this universe was expanding. But Pentakill… Pentakill was complete; the band was there, 5 members ("penta"-kill), every role was present. The band predates Smite & Ignite, whose release settled the idea of this band in our head. There was a logo, a poster, an album and visual updates to the skins. The Pentakill skin line was finished, at least for the band members.

Then comes Kayle. Why? What is the point of her? Female vocals? You have Sona for that (I know Sona is mute, guys, but we're in an alternate reality, everything is possible). I mean, what was the point of Sona before, really? We don't hear her, nor her instrument. This could have been the perfect opportunity to reinforce her spot in the band. Plus, it would have been nice to get Sona to actually speak, and that would be the perfect AU for that. Or even imagine telepathic singing… But no, Sona still has no real purpose in the band other than having been initially selected because she was the only one with an actual instrument.

Also, Kayle doesn't feel like part of the band. Then you look at Kayle https://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/4/4e/Kayle_PentakillSkin.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20170725193408 She's the only one on the foreground, other members are barely visible. And we lose that feel that had the first picture showing** ALL members of the band**.

On the art side, she also feels out of place. When we look at the instrument, they all made sense: the rod becomes a mic; the shovel, a bass; the mace, a guitar; the axes, sticks; and Etwahl stays pretty much the same. Then there is Kayle, whose sword becomes a…sword…with a weirdly placed mic thingy at the pommel? What?

And finally, we have the skin quality itself. Big-ass metal wings that bend constantly like feather wings: feels off. Normal attack animation: looks bad. There are good things, of course, but the whole thing is really underwhelming and a bit lackluster.

That's all I wanted to say, thank you. Tear of the Goddess is a blast, though!
