Swain's voicelines not playing when ripping soul fragment

Hi, I've been spamming Swain since his rework release, and one of the things I was most looking forward to in-game was hearing my enemies' darkest secrets when ripping a fragment of their soul with his passive. I've been trying to pay attention to this whenever it happens, and it seems as though those lines just don't play or are inaudible regardless of the conditions. Has anyone at Riot looked into this? It seems like a huge amount of his lines are not playing because of this.
