You literally skipped out on giving Yuumi any interaction to someone who LITERALLY IS THE ONLY OTHER CHAMPION IN THE GAME WITH A BOOK which also is almost literally half of Yuumi's whole shtick?

I get that Ryze has his giant scroll which makes sense to give Yuumi a line with him for that, but why not Karthus?

Special interactions have been super weird and choosy for a while now. Even with Yuumi she asks Jhin to play her some music, but she doesn't say anything toward Sona? Like I get that theyre both supports, so they won't be allies very often, but that doesn't stol Primetime Draven having a Nashor's Tooth quote, or Jhin having a quote for Liandry's.

Probably because riot has no idea what the book of Karthus even contains, so its probably not even sure if its considered a big part of the character.
