Lulu is nowhere near the power of Syndra, Bard or Xerath. Syndra innately makes her castle float, Bard is literally a LoL god, and Xerath has turned to complete magic, got rid of his mortality. Then there is AS who crushes stars but is not omnipotent, and Soraka which is speculated to be either incredibly powerful or omnipotent, since she something similar to AS and Bard.
And then there is Kindred, who is not omnipotent, but is ABSOLUTE, meaning eventually you'll succumb to Death itself.
Those enchantments are temporary. What is a 2 second hex in the face of eternal beings such as Kindred, Aurelion Sol and Bard? Not much, that's what it is.
Plus, i'm pretty damn sure Lulu wouldn't know Kindred would be in one place unless Kindred wanted her to know.
