It can be just 2D and in a simple style like Metalocalypse, that shouldn't be too hard or expnsive to make.

Metalocalypse had good music and the band's personalities were somewhat cool.

Personality and humor are mostly dependant on how good the writing is, but I see the potential there as the characters are all quite different from another and have very contrasting personality-types. I mean, if you place Karthus, Olaf and Sona next to each other... there's quite some potential to have here I'd say ^^

It's just all been done before. Not to mention Pentakill Sona is nothing like normal Sona.
SaltyToplaneGoat1 votesOh maybe she is? Pentakill-Sona and Sona might be a wonderful chance for a hommage to DMC, the whole split-thing and all. Maybe not as dramatic, but I'll be dammned if there is not some bit of comedy gold that can be mined with it.
Literally everything has been somehow done somewhere before. Originaltiy doesn't exist. The point is that you do it good enough so people don't care what was first, and maybe, just maybe, the potential for that is here.
Also DMC is kinda old, I doubt that todays generation even remembers it lol...

Yes, but you have to wait for the old thing to drop from recent memory. Metalocalypse and DMC are far from dead.
SaltyToplaneGoat1 votesBut they are both farm from new. DMC ended 2010, that's seven and a half years already. Metalocalypse ended 2013, so that's a bit fresher, but that show was extremly niche from what I heard back then.
I wouldn't be surprised if both shows were completly unknown by the majority of the general playerbase of League.
