Love the new splash arts on PBE! A few thoughts on Trist's tho..
I absolutely loved the updated Tristana splash (pre-VU). My favorite part of it was her expression, it showed so much life and joy and it was just wonderful to look at. :D Everything about her face before just looked perfect.
My biggest "complaint" (though it's not that big honestly) is that in this once-again-updated splash, her joyous and personality-filled expression was...well, kind of lost. In short, the face, it doesn't look all that much like (new) Tristana. :( Don't misunderstand, I LOVE the updated look and design of new Trist. How she looks in her model and how she looks in her concept art, she's easily among my favorites now.
However, as I said, just the way her head/face/mouth looks in the new splash...I think it's the shape and position of her mouth. It gives her almost a Jay Leno look (though obviously not quite that extreme). I think it could use a few more tweaks to bring back that wonderful expression of hers.
