This new Thresh skin looks like it is void themed

I know that it is not called "Void Bringer Thresh" but it still remembers me of the Void for a couple of reasons. First, it is space-themed. Voidborns are alien-like creatures. Second, the purple and dark particle effects on the video are very akin to the Void effects. Third, the voice effect used on the skin is very similar to the one used by Void champions. Fourth, Thresh on the video's ending resemble a voidborn creature. I mean, just look at it:

Edit: Also, "oblivion" is one of the names for the Void

Peharps I am wrong and this skin has nothing to do with the Void at all, and it is just has a spacial monster theme. Let's wait until the skin is actually playable on the PBE. Or until a Rioter comes here to confirm (or deny) that this skin is indeed Void themed.

Honestly,this is why I hope that they move a bit away from the "everything in the void is purple"-theme they currently have going on.

The moment Riot releases something purple,people are gonna assume its from the void(I've even seen people speculating about Lulu and Morgana being from the void)

I mean its definetly possible that this skin is void related,its just that it feels a bit monotone...

I don't really know why someone would say that. it is like saying that Shyvana Zed MonkeyKing Zyra are from Noxus just because they are red. It is necessary more than being purple to be Void related, and I gave lots of reasons to why I think that this skin is Void related, other than simply "it's purple".

Nah don't get me wrong you are right that it shares the alien look with the void beings(your 1st and 4th points kinda overlap there).

However pretty much everyone seems to see purple as the defacto color for the void,leading to people to jump to the conclusion that purple powers always relate to it.

You ask why people don't associate red champions with Noxus? It's because Talon Swain Leblanc Draven Cassiopeia Urgot are all noxians who barely have any red in their designs(or none at all).

I saw a Lulu theory that was pretty solid.(It's more that Pix is a particularly smart, but rather weak, void creature who tricked Lulu. And feeds off chaos. Which Lulu supplies in spades.)

it's also possible that it could be themed around the galactic or super galaxy skins. Galactic Azir looks shares a striking resemblance as far as color and space themes go.
