Zaun and Piltover are fairly technologically advanced, right?

They have circuitry, they have advanced propulsion, they have advanced materials, and they have rockets. So my question is...

WHERE THE HELL IS THEIR SPACE PROGRAM???

Seriously. I get this game started out with swords and magic. But we have Piltover. And you're telling me they HAVEN'T considered space travel? I feel like not only is this something well within their ability, but MUST be explored more in, say... a champion release. Or just lore. Somewhere. The Yordles have a mothership. I mean, it doesn't work, but still.

You'd think there would be some kind of space race between Zaun and Piltover, thus a rush of technology would accelerate them into a new age. Or are we just playing a game frozen in time? Because that's kind of boring. Obviously some places like Ionia are going to stick to their roots and keep their magic and swords. Demacia would do it out of principle. I mean, this is a world with guns and crossbows, lasers and rockets.

So, my fellow Rito, I demand to know about any of Valoran's space programs. Do they have a space station? Look at the technology WE had when we went to space. It was shit. I'm sure Jayce could cook something up.

realised there are astronimic teemo and nautilus skins? probably that.

the donger and rumble are also making transformers, so they probably working toward that.

but since corki is still driving a bomber which looks quite ancient their aircraft probably arent advanced wnough for space exploring.

i mean there isnt even any indication that ionia demacia noxus piltover zaun frejord and bilgewater are all of the continents of the world.

I'm talking about in the actual lore, not funny skins.

Our first spaceships were crude as crude could be.

the thing is corki is using a bomber which uses propeller as its source of mobility, and that is nothing close to space exploration.

Corki uses that out of choice. Did you read the post? They have rockets, burning lasers, different types of reaction used to harness energy. They are way past the technology needed to get to spac.e

if you play games like civilization u know this happens, you can have the strongest weapon but u dont have any automobile technology.

A single hextech weapon is hard to create, takes a lot of time, its hard to use and cost alot... now imagine buildng a whole spaceship.

Where are you getting this information? Because it's not entirely accurate. Children are getting a hold of hextechnology. There are a LOT of smart people in Piltover and Zaun. And as for war, there is no war going on anymore.

Hard to create? Wrong. SPECIALIZED weapons take take only because the creator is putting that much more effort into making the weapon.

Hextechnology to them is like generic silicon chips to us.

As for resources... They have the resources. That's not an issue.

Riot has mentioned before, in a post during the Bilgewater event.

The hextech technology is rare in Runeterra and almost no one has it, the champions are the most of the exceptions. No, childrens are NOT getting hold of hextechnology, Ekko is an exception, and he created the time machine by an error according to Riot.

Zaun and Piltover are allies of Noxus and Demacia, Noxus is constant a threat of War.

And even if it does, even if hextech is rare, it's also effective. If a government wanted hextech computers and weapons, they'd get them one way or another.

But I don't believe it's as rare as you claim. Vi straight pulled her gauntlets off a mining rig. More hextechnology. There are colleges and shit dedicated to the advancement of hextechnology. It's not rare.

Yeah, well, I can think of a couple countries in our world that threaten war on a daily basis and never follow up. That really means nothing.

They have the resources, they have the scientists WILLING to study this (Jayce was straight up asked by the government to study special crystals). It's painfully obvious they have the capability of space travel. Hell, a guy even replaces his own body with hextechnology. What it's seeming like is that anybody who wants it can get it. Also, they have even developed advanced AI. They have motors, servos, walking/mining robots, batteries, electricity, computers, monitors, etc, etc... they already have better technology than we did when we went to space.

Im not going to go and search a post of 6 months ago if you dont belive me, but it was a thread about the hextech gun of Graves if you want to search by yourself.

Also, the image that you posted not canon of the lore and it was posted for the new PBE servers or something like that, monitors and computers do not exist in Runeterra.

Probably because it doesn't exist. Figures you'd have nothing to back yourself up.

It's actually a picture of Heimer's Lab. I'm sorry, but you don't get to pick and choose what is or isn't canon JUST to support your false argument.

Hell, even with just the technology used my champions in-game, they could easily achieve space travel and then some. You'd have to be blind not to see it.

Also, as with Corki and his propellers. We have jump-jets don't we? So why do we still use propellers? Because, in an atmosphere they allow for a certain level of control. Again, it's out of preference, not lack of technological capability.
