The Void needs an 'End-Game', and it should be OMEN!

Omen is something of a legend in this community as a failed Champion concept, was actually canceled for Riven. Omen was a very scary looking bastard and the world just wasn't ready for it.

It's very disappointing to me, because Omen looks like he'd fit right into the current art style of League, and he looks like a good candidate for a new 'Void' creature.

With champions like Cho'gath, Vel'koz, Kha'zix coming to RUneterra, one could say the Void is studying, collecting and preparing for something much greater.

I hope Riot will consider bringing Omen in as the Void's ace-in-the-hole. He'll be the "ultimate" Void creature backed by all of the power, material and intelligence gathered by the others. This could be be presented in-game as a champion who leads an 'assault' onto the Rift; corrupting the map over time as his team takes turrets, spawning Void creeps down lanes, calling in small-radius high-power air strikes using transmuted Void material that Cho'gath ate, or firing off his own spikes as suppressing fire.

And a champion that looks as scary as that most certainly needs a leap with a killer SFX scream, or some kind of "Never sure where he is" ability.

Maybe Riot has forgotten or given up on Omen, but that doesn't mean we have to. How do you think he would play on the Rift, or what do you think his role will be in the lore?

Omen got recycled into RekSai

The thing about omen was that he looks kinda generic.

Every champion has something unique about him/her that makes them stand out,but Omen doesn't have that. We have already non-bipedal champs, champs who are beasts, champs with spikes and champs with a big grin.

Also Omen looks nothing like what you suggested.A void overlord should be more like some sort hive-mind or some sort of cosmic horror, but Omen looks more like a mook.

The problem was Omen was never intended to be a void creature. He was intended to be a generic monster ala Skarner, and also an ADC. Now look at him and tell me how he's an ADC, and what his personality/theme is. He was a bad idea that got scrapped and recycled for a reason.

Why do people still think omen looks good.

Omen was a small creature who was canceled for Riven , if you mean the main deity which controls the Void that will definately not be a Champion but he will be in an event or something

While I disagree with you about Omen, I agree that we need more on the Void.

Honestly, the information we've gotten from Diana's new Lore is basically the most we've gotten on the Void in years. Rek and Vel, sadly, told us next to nothing.
