Why isn't Skarner getting a visual update?
His in-game model and splash art look way more outdated than old Fiora's did; he seems like he could use an appropriate VU as well.

Last year he got a texture update and had a specular map added to him so he shines and glistens like a polished diamond.
But yeah his splash could use some improvement.
