Vi seems most likely with her mysterious past and no one who seems to remember her(I mean she has a tatoo on her face,so it shouldn't be hard for past family members to actually recognize her) It would actually explain how Vi ended up in Piltover in the first place(her parents likely trying to move from Zaun to Piltover,got killed by Camille,leaving Vi traumatized and alone on the streets)

Non-Zaun/Piltover Champions who we know are orphaned 
Champions with no family History 
any other champions being an orphan would be an entirely new element to their story.

I really wish rito would put champion icons for the new releases out ahead of time, during their reveal phase.
