Am I late to the party or there is new animated art from places in Runeterra on League Displays ?
There is animated art from almost all of the regions. In that login screen style. Is this a new thing or am I finding about this now?

I don't know when those were added, but they've been there for a little bit. A month or so, at least. I like them, though. Simple, but they give life to the regions.
Yeah they are for the Universe region pages. Those also got updated with art from the map.
