Request to have all champion specific taunts also applied by first attack like Ornn

There is a lot of cool champion specific taunts out there, but I wager most people never hear them because no one ever remembers to look for them, and with how many there are is hard to identify opportunities to use them. I think it would be an awesome QoL change to have them also binded to first attacks like on Ornn
