Corki's is old, but its far from terrible imho. Some like Rammus had no backround.
Honestly I don't think these splashes look as terrible as everyone makes them out to be.

I really wouldn't say they look awful. They're cool pieces of art, Skarner's is bit bland though. Corki's is actually fuckin' awesome, never really looked at it before because I don't like playing Corki. He just took down a zeplin and is like "peace bro"
