We've been getting amazing skins this year (The Star Guardians, Nightbringer Yasuo, Dawbringer Riven, and more) but then they realease really dissapointing skins like the Death Sworns (maybe Viktor's is not so bad) and the new Victorious skin. :/ I mean, we're so used to see quality content from Rito that when see this, we feel dissapointed.

Subjective ,I liked all the death sworn skins(before they ruined zeds W anyway)
And Victorious are always pretty meh so Im not sure why everyone is acting surprised riot didnt bring their A game into a skin they make 0 profit on
Victor and Kata look on point, Zed has better skins.I think they did good with this years Harrowing.And for the Victorious skin i wont get it so i dont like it [sg-ahri-1]
Honestly the Viktor skin is basically bootleg Skeletor, and I LOVE IT! Zed is spoopy spectral Wolverine, and Kat is just... ghastly Kat. They're all great, but remember that not everyone in the world will like a particular skin/theme/etc.
Honestly, that's not a bad ratio. If you like 7/8 out of every 10 skins, and assuming you don't but skins for every champ you own, it's still likely that people are buying 4_6 skins every year for the champs they routinely play.
