a question about the deadeye teasers

lorewise, are zed, vi, sona, and garen dead? it seems highly unlikely and unprobable that one person can kill all 4 of these champs so easily. especially zed with his mastery of the shadows.

there was a facebook post on the official league page showing all 4 of these champs dead and that seems to be some confirmation... lee holding sonas dead body, cait crying over vi's body, shen holding zeds mask, and lux is over garens body that is laying on a stone stretcher in what looks to be a funeral home.

i mean all 4 of these champs are very powerful and not easily killed, how can one mad man with a gun take them all out and more importantly why?

Those pictures were well done fan arts. No they are not dead riot has stated that champs can "die" ala gangplank but that would remove them from the game apperntly. It is more likely they are did not died when they got shot but rather turned into perfect artworks if not but for a moment. Champ revil should be tomorrow ether way

I'm really glad I'm not the only one who's been concerned about this! I have a huge post prepared if Riot ends up killing these champions regarding why it's a horrible idea.

I can't really tell whether or not it's going to happen, and I hope it doesn't. Killing off four, well tenured, loved, respected, and nurtured champions to introduce one is just poor writing in my opinion.

Perhaps I've just been overthinking this for the past two weeks, but it's all I can think about. I'm really hoping they were just only "shot" to tease the champion and lorewise they're fine.

They are most likely not dead. While the teasers for those 4 show them getting shot,it is really unlikely that riot would kill off 4 champs just to hype a new one. Even worse those 4 barely played any role in any lore and have all some plot points that aren't resolved,so killing them would really not do anything.

So either they survived the attacks,or showed us the eventual fate of these champs(could be that they will eventually die),or they are just for hype and have no direct connection to the lore.
