So... Ornn, Anivia, and Volibear are siblings.

What the fuck were their parents to spawn a bear a bird and a goat? I know theyre gods, but come on... Also why did Lissandra of all people place the curse trapping the watchers? Or was that just a warped version of the story?

Ps Hello SAS boards first time posting here. [slayer-jinx-catface] I also like how it tells us where Nami's trident and Yorick's shovel came from.

Well, a crocodile and a dog are brothers... so...

Eh, it's not totally out there in comparison to real-world mythologies. Norse myth has a goddess, a wolf, and a snake as full-blood siblings (and also a horse as a half-sibling).

They are probably siblings in an spiritual sense, like they are materializations of the elements that reign in Freljord.

I'm still waiting on confirmation in another thread on how in the hell does a spade thrown to the west relate back to Yorick or the Shadow Isles, when they're located in the south east.

Also not sure if Nami's weapon is just a staff or a unique form of trident. But i fail to comprehend how a magical item that can control water originated as a Blacksmith god's fork, or more importantly Nami's weapon looks nothing remotely like a fork. Oh and if i remember correctly, her people lived near Mt. Targon where its unconfirmed but there is more then enough clues to say Mt. T is on the western side of the world. Not the east where the fork was stated to have been thrown.

So, the Voli is the god of the Winter's Claw.

Anivia is the goddess of the Avarosan's.

The Watchers are Lissandra's patrons.

And Ornn is Ornn. His people died a long time ago. Or, at the very least, most of what he believes.

I think we have to be a bit cautious about the definition of "sibling". These are oral tales repeated through centuries, so the details will not necessarily be exact facts. Ornn, Volibear, and Anivia are "siblings" in the sense that they are three kindred spirits of the Freljord, not because the same creature gave birth to all three of them. I doubt they even have parents, but instead were born from the land itself, like Maokai was.

Possibly Lissandra enchanted the bridge knowing that the spells would erode over time. She wasn't ready to turn traitor yet, so had to pretend to play her part in trapping the Watchers. By setting up the bridge to eventually fall, she gives herself plenty of time to secretly assassinate Avarosa, and maybe Serylda and the rest of the Iceborn, and to weaken the Freljord, so that when the Watchers return there is no one powerful enough to fight them again.

Fire, Ice, Electricity;

also about time we got a 3rd fire champion - Brand and Annie were lonely; except they all can play support (Ornn I think will only be support, he has a 5 support ability kit; the pillar adds synergy with Vayne too)
