Prediction to how the event will be concluded:

... we will probably get a cinematic featuring Gangplank's surprising survival - and probably the Bearded Lady. I mean, in the story the dagger TF had stolen seemed to glow as it was falling to the depths. I get the feeling that this might have been a case of accidental summoning and is probably tied to Gangplanks survival...

(Also the cinematic for this year is a little overdue considering the time that passed between A Twist of Fate and A New Dawn)
