When are Chromas going to be on sale for IP again?

They're supposed to be twice a year, and it's been 6 months since the first sale.

They said "Spring" a few articles back during Ask Riot and since Spring doesn't start until the 20th of March, it might be around that time... or April... or May... or June....
The last sale counted for the last half of 2016. The next sale will probably come at the end of the first half from this year.
