LeBlanc's new "E" (Ethereal Chains) is using the old visuals

Right now, on the live servers, LeBlanc's E looks like this:

But with the update, LeBlanc's E now looks like this:

While the chain particle itself is new, shiny, and up-to-date, the ends of her E chain are still using the old visuals, as illustrated by the red circle in the image above--it seems to be a bundle of random black/yellow spikes that don't really convey "ethereality" but more something that is physical/tangible. These black/yellow spikes appear unfitting for the ability and should be removed or replaced, IMO, by something that is not only higher quality but also flows better with the new chain VFX.

If anyone could leave this feedback on my behalf in the PBE thread titled "[Assassins] Artistic Feedback Thread"--I'd really appreciate it, as I don't own a PBE account myself but want to make sure Riot is aware of this!
