Is Cho'Gath at his "max size" in his new splash?

Because if he is, that would mean is only around 8 metres tall. Sure, it's big but it's actually a realistic size, and not something you'd expect from "the kaiju" of LoL. Compare this to Malphite, who would be about 23 metres tall (by looking at his new splash as well).
