It's probably time to look at champs that have gone without skins in a while again

I feel that with 2017 coming to an end in the next few weeks and that some champs on the previous list have gotten their new skins recently, it's about that time we take another look back at the list of champs that haven't gone without a skin in so long.

Now PLZ bear in mind, the current roster and listings I have now are just the champions that I moved up from the previous list. The bottom 3 slots are for the remaining 3 champions that I have yet to find out who they are and add to the list. So if you want to help and comment on who the missing 3 are, that would be more than appreciated. ( I just decided to find them myself since no one was really giving me any specific time lengths of champs)

As much as I and many players/mains of these champions would like to see a new skin for them soon, I'm not posting this as a "who do we decide finally gets a skin after god knows how long" discussion. I'm more or less posting this as an update about champions that haven't received a skin in quite a while as a friendly reminder of the champs that are still waiting on a new skin (with special cases of Swain, soon to be reworked, and Rumble since their current rigs and models are hard to work around developing new skins).

ALSO if there are any champs that I missed that have gone without a skin in, let's set the limit to over a year and 6 months, let me know but PLZ POST THE YEAR(S) MONTH(S) AND DAY(S) SO I CAN ORGANIZE THEM!
