ETA on Marauder and Inquisitor Skin Splash Art?

Won't it be a few days before patch 5.3 goes live?So sometime before Valentines Day because of HS ,probably sometime later this week or early next week if 5.3 goes up later.

I remember reading that splashes for skins are usually released towards the end of the PBE cycle.Probably to allow time for feedback on the skins & for any changes that are made.
