Champions like 
come to mind. Since Riot has almost banned stand alone Visual Updates, how will these champions ever be updated when there is such a long list of champions that need a VGU?

GreenLore2 votesSinged already had a minor VU. It didn't give him new animations or particles,but it did update his models.
Also Cho'gath and Rammus are both on the list for a VGU.

Well chos model is really outdated and his kit feels kinda clunky(very high mana costs,Q has a huge delay and where do these spikes come from anyway?)
And Rammus is likely a bit too simple. You roll towards your target,go into defense position and taunt them if needed and thats pretty much it.

morg doesn't need changes that badly. Of all of them i think blitzcrank is the most pressing
