Note: I am also going to upload a version where only the colour of splashart is changed.
I made some of the changes that matched the teaser of first glance of Evelynn.

The coloring is extremely good, but I prefer you keep her pupils. Firstly, already part of her in-game model, and secondly it brings out her emotion of being more playful with her kills.
I like missing pupils more because it makes her more demonic, harder to understand. She loses her expressions, which I prefer. Though it is all about tastes. Other people can like it more with pupils.
But she looks more evil without pupils, no one should deny it.
Maybe she creates/takes form of pupils to seduce people but in teaser moment, as the man looks dead and she no more needs her trick, she is transforming to her true form. If that is true, I can say she also transforming to her shadow/true form in the splash art. Because her tentacles are surroundered by shadows, something you dont see in gameplay.
Which means, gameplay Evelynn can keep her pupils but teaser and splash art would be better without pupils because both are about to transform moment.
It's a well done edit, but without any semblance of iris' it's hard to tell that she's looking over at the people who just entered.
Otherwise, it just looks like she's staring blankly off into space like she's having a 
trip.
I'd be for something in between where her eyes are glowy, but she also has some tell in her eyes of where she's looking.
I'm starting to like the original splash more. The eyes add more expression.
While you did an amazing job, her in game model has animated eyes and I really like them.

The face is stupid either way you get around it. Its a terrible job. And again...this isn't Evelynn...its a brand new champion taking Evelynn's place (just like the Galio 'rework').
I dont know if many agree, but i would Riot decide what they do.
I mean, a Teaser is just that, a Teaser. It can and will be changed in the actual Release, we can honestly be glad it wont get changed much, since many games do that, and thats okay and expectable.
But to answer the question at hand i prefer the "new" one, i love redish more and missing pupils are mystirious and i love it.
