Why is Amumu Affiliated with Bandle City on His Site Page?

This thing might be outdated, as are things like the Friends/Foes Relationships system (it probably is, considering how Narrative doesn't want us to know what Amumu really is just yet/ever, especially with his new Bio).

He clearly is a yordle

Because he might be a Yordle.

Likely because he was a yordle and not a walking wasteland in his original lore.
