it's my fav twitch skin but I didn't learn about the referral system until it was already going out the door. Now that it's got a new splash art, I'd like to ask if there's any plans to make it available somehow?

Honestly, the only people who ever got the skin were the original league players who actually had people to refer, people who used bots to level smurfs, and people who bought the skin code off people who botted smurfs.
I hope never. It bums me out everytime I see a skin I bought in season 1 getting put onsale.
I feel like there's something special about my oldschool judgement kayle, and medieval twitch. It loses all novelty when everyone has them, and now all my old skins, are just that... old crappy skins. :-C
