Does Kindred hate Sion and Urgot for being revived from the dead against their wills?
I see she is rivals with shadow isles champs for being undead so what about Sion and Urgot who were brought back from the dead?

They'd probably have more disdain for the people who made them that way rather than Sion and Urgot themselves. They didn't choose this fate after all. I'd imagine they'd pity them more than anything.
Another question is whether

from when they died. Also since Kindred knows the exact time people will die, does that mean the mark doesn't appear for those who will be revived. In that case the soul would just stay in the body until their existence comes to a true final end.
The feeling I get is that Kindred are arbiters when it comes down to their rivals. If you cheat death in any sort of fashion then Kindred dislikes you. If you welcome it though, you don't get anything either. The way I see it, Kindred could just as well be non-canon as well as canon at the same time because of her complete lack of world interaction or intervention.
