Just why do I get the feeling this Harrowing Story is not yet over?

Halloween is tomorrow and actually that's also the day when we have the final of worlds - with the highest number of live-spectators in the entire tournament. If there was any chance to show of an awesome, Harrowing-themed cinematic it was this...

Just what could it be? The story in video form? Olaf's fight with the UNDEAD KRAKEN OF DOOM? An aftermath to the Harrowing? Or maybe the creation of the isles (that would be Kalistas and Hecarims lore)? Or maybe something completly unrelated? I have honestly no idea...

Also, we will probably get the reveal of the new champion tomorrow - I'm curious to see what kind of champ Illaoi is. A mage that has the miracelous power to bitch-slap people (plus AoE undead purification) seems interesting enough for me...

I really hope they do SOMETHING! If not, then they will be passing up a huge opportunity for a flashy reveal of some sort. But, I have been satisfied with the Lore and the stories. I'm on the East coast, so I anticipated each chapter every day haha

Waiting for Illaoi's reveal is torture! She's such a badass can't wait to finally see her. From the lore she comes across like a melee mage bruiser type, would be great if she was xD

Illaoi sounds like a support which focuses on buffing the other team mates, in the expence of her own well being, sorta reminds me of Soraka in a way. Ill be surprised if Illaoi was not revealed with a promo cinematic this Halloween, specially as now the Shadows and Fortune story ended and established her as such a worth wile champion material of a character. Also make some interactions with her and Gangplank, that would be an interesting one.

I would love to see that, but I doubt it'll happen. The thing about League lore is that it is a very niche thing within the fanbase, not many people are into it. If they're going to show a video at Worlds, it's going to be something super flashy, probably dubstep, and it'll probably be about ESPORTS. Because that's what appeals to that crowd, they're there to see that.

I mean, I'd love to see a video version of some of the big scenes from this, but voice actors would have to be paid, and most of the crowd would be wondering what the hell a "Bilgewater" is.

Now, if it was just a cinematic featuring some of the characters, I could totally see it, yeah. Something like Twist Of Fate or A New Dawn, maybe? I doubt it would be plot based though.
