Star Guardian Jinx's Passive Proc
Does procing the passive make her fly?
If it doesn't it really should.
Fly after the enemies!

I was wondering about the same. Rito plz
It doesn't, because often when Jinx gets excited, she's still fighting people, and it would not make sense for her to start flying only to immediately land and keep shooting. She has a separate running animation for her passive.
