So what region is Urgot going to be associated with on the Universe page?
Being of Noxian background while being an outcast who resides in Zaun, is he going to primarily be considered a Noxian or a Zaunite champ?

Most likely Zaun. As far as we know, Urgot was born in Noxus and a headsman there, but got betrayed by Swain and sold to Zaun as a slave. He now resides in Zaun, preaching his ideal of surviving and killing chembarons.
Vi was born in Zaun, but she is still considered a Piltover champion, because her actual life is all about being a cop in Piltover. Urgot is the same, while he has a background in Noxus, all his actual business is in Zaun.
About you saying he doesn't seem really aligned with Zaun because he wants to wipe the chembarons and leave the city in chaos.... that is just his way to shape the city to his ideal. Ekko is on the other side of the spectrum, his ideal is a Zaun which is safe and a better place for poor people. He tries to form Zaun to his ideals, just like Urgot tries. It's just that Urgots ideals are.... kinda messed up in the opinion of most people.
And his whole design just screams Zaun. Even more after his visual update. I think the VGU kinda had the goal to soften his ties to Noxus and make him more of a Zaunite. Because his design never really was one of a Noxian champion.
I'm guessing Zaunite, not only does his design resemble the Zaunite theme more but he was betrayed by Noxus, so he probably wouldn't side with them.
